Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Our commitment is to provide you with products that are proudly made in Boulder and ensure your satisfaction. If you need to return an item, we're here to help.

Cancellation Window:

  • We understand circumstances may change. You have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel your order without incurring any charges.

    Return Process:

    1. Contact Us: Notify our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to start a return. To cancel instead, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
    2. Approval: We'll assess your request and provide instructions for the return process if eligible. Once approved fill out the Return & Exchange Form
    3. Return Shipping: You'll be responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
    4. Restocking Fee: The 15% restocking fee will be applied to eligible returns.

    Conditions for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
    • Made-to-order parts and components may be returned within the same 30 days.
    • Full Ship Kits (a complete DIY conversion kit) are made to order for your van and are not returnable, so no restocking fee applies to them. A Full Ship Kit is covered by its 90-day limited warranty instead.
    • Sale items are not eligible for returns

    Limited Warranty:

    • Parts and components we manufacture, including made-to-order items, are warranted for 30 days from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. A Full Ship Kit (a complete DIY conversion kit) is warranted for 90 days from delivery on everything we manufacture for the kit, made-to-order components included. Under either warranty a manufacturer defect or missing part is replaced at no cost.
    • The warranty does not cover damage from installation, misuse, accidents, modifications or normal wear. Third-party components remain under their manufacturers’ warranties. A Timber Conversion installed by our team carries a 1-year / 10,000-mile Craftsmanship Warranty from hand-over — see our Warranty page.

    Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 business  days, as per the policies of your financial institution.

    Restocking Fee:

    • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing returns and maintaining our Boulder-based operations.

    Enforcement Case by Case:

    • We aim to be fair and accommodating. Enforcement of our policies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you have extenuating circumstances or encounter an issue with your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team. We're dedicated to finding the best resolution for you.
