Included Features
The Bluetti AC200P L Portable Power Station, neatly housed in the wheel well cabinet, provides 2,048Wh of LiFePO4 battery storage and a 2400W AC output. It also features a pure sine wave inverter for clean, reliable energy and plenty of ports: USB-C, USB-A, 120V, 12V, and 48V DC outlets, plus two wireless charging pads.
The Timber van conversion includes two 100W roof mounted solar panels connected to the Power Station. The system charges from solar input, from the vehicle alternator whenever the engine is running, and from shore power when plugged in.
This van conversion includes six dimmable LED overhead lights, controlled by two switches located near the bed and on the side of the galley. The integrated Power Station provides 120V, 12V, and 48V outlets, along with USB-A, USB-C, and wireless charging ports. Additional 120V and USB outlets are conveniently placed at the bed and galley for easy access.
The galley in this van conversion includes marine rim latches, Blum hinges, a black Formica countertop, Baltic birch plywood cabinetry, and a large stainless steel sink and faucet with an electric pump. It also features a marine grade, energy efficient, 4.6 cubic feet fridge with a freezer section (Isotherm Cruise 130 Elegance).
This van conversion features a comfortable couch and adjustable table that transform the interior into a functional living area. Whether you’re relaxing after a day outdoors, enjoying a meal with a view, or setting up a mobile workspace, it offers comfort and flexibility wherever the road leads.
This van conversion includes our retractable and removable Bi-Slide bed with a custom designed mattress that fits perfectly on the bed frame and allows for stacking when the bed is contracted. The wheel well cabinets include the electrical house, water tank, and a variety of storage compartments.
The Timber van conversion features 1/4" Baltic birch wall panels layered with white laminate and a slat-style ceiling. It includes 30mm D-Mat thermal-acoustic insulation for comfort and noise reduction. The 1/2" plywood floor is finished with a hexagon-pattern phenolic film that is easy to clean, anti-slip, abrasion-resistant, and chemical-resistant.
All cabinets in the Rambler come with marine rim latches, Blum hinges and are made with baltic birch plywood. Overhead cabinets with doors and a double cubby shelf. A small 3 cubby shelf located between the kitchen and bed. The wheel well cabinets include a variety of cubbies and cabinets that house the water tank and electrical system.
This van conversion includes a rear-mounted Maxxair Fan 7500X with electric power and remote control, along with a Webasto EVO 40 heater installed under the passenger seat with a rear-facing vent. The heater connects to the vehicle’s fuel system, operates independently of the engine, and features altitude adjustment.
This van conversion's spray-down shower kit comes with a 86" braided stainless steel shower hose with an all-metal shower sprayer. Located on the rear of the driver-side wheel well cabinet, the spray down shower can be used for washing off gear and taking showers.

This high-backrest seat converts easily into a comfortable small bed, combining durability, versatility, and efficient space use. Its adjustable backrest provides customizable comfort, making it ideal for extended travel.
The Front Driver Side Window combines a large fixed pane with two crank open awning panels for controlled ventilation. Detachable bug screens block insects, and the tilt out awning design maintains airflow in rain.
Two 10" x 33" bunk windows, positioned above the bed, provide natural light and ventilation. They feature an interior crank-out mechanism, removable bug screen, and tinted glass for privacy and sun protection.
The Slide Out Tray is a robust storage solution designed to handle luggage, gear, tools, bikes, and more. Equipped with side cut-outs for straps, this tray is versatile and secure. The tray features a lock-in mechanism to prevent accidental closure when on an incline, and it can be easily retracted by activating the release mechanism.
Black Horse Spartan Running Boards add a rugged industrial look and a secure 6.5 inch wide step. Heavy duty steel with a black powdercoat finish resists rust and supports up to 300 pounds. Custom brackets make installation straightforward.
Flatline Van Co. Roof Rack is a lightweight aluminum system with L track compatible mounting points, built to expand your van’s storage capacity and roof functionality with minimal added weight.
Flatline Van Co. Transit Rear Ladder and Tire Carrier combines roof access and spare tire relocation in one lightweight aluminum unit. Durable hardware and high traction rungs ensure dependable use in all conditions.
Adds a dedicated RecPro rooftop air conditioning system to your van conversion. 13,500 BTU cooling capacity for full interior climate control in hot conditions. Low profile, quiet, non ducted unit with remote control and minimal roof height impact.
