What’s in a Van Conversion Kit?
A Timber van conversion kit is the interior of a camper van, broken into pieces you install yourself. Every component is CNC-cut from Baltic birch plywood to fit a specific chassis and wheelbase, and ships flat-packed with the hardware and step-by-step instructions.
Wall and ceiling panels line the van and carry its insulation, fastened to a bent sheet-metal structural assembly. Cabinets, cubby shelves and headliner shelves add storage overhead, and a galley kitchen holds the sink and plumbing. The bed system is built over wheel-well cabinets, so the space under the bed becomes storage. Van seats mount on L-track so they can be moved or removed, and water and heating kits finish the build.
