Lead Times
Everything we make is made to order in our Boulder, CO facility — nothing ships from a shelf.
- Parts and components: 4–14 business days to make.
- Ship kits: about 4 weeks to make.
- Shipping: up to 4 business days once your order leaves us, depending on location.
A professionally installed Timber conversion takes up to two weeks, depending on the options selected. Products from other brands show their own timeline on the product page.
Free Shipping
Orders of $750 or more within the lower 48 ship free. For orders under $750, or orders going to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii, flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout.
Insurance Policy
All orders are INSURED through the carrier. If the item arrives visually damaged, please document (take photos) and refuse the package immediately. If the package seems to be in good condition upon arrival, make sure there is no concealed damage by opening and inspecting the product while the carrier is present. They may not want to wait for you to open the package, but you are entitled to this right. If you find any internal damage due to shipping, please refuse the package. Making a concealed damage claim later will be more difficult and has a 5 day time limit.
If you open the package, and there is a manufacturer defect or missing parts, contact us, and we will replace these items at no cost. Note: Natural wood has flaws and variations; these are not considered manufacturer defects.
International Customers
We currently offer shipping to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. Lead times vary, and orders may be split into multiple packages.
